Delete your codeNet account

This page explains how users of the codeNet app can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email from the same address you used to register your codeNet account. We use this to match the request to your account.
  2. Send your message to our support inbox using the button below, or copy the address manually.
  3. Clearly state that you want your codeNet account deleted. You may add optional context. We may send a short follow-up only if something is unclear.

What we delete and what may be kept

After we verify your request and complete deletion, we remove your user account and typical personal data stored with that account (for example: profile details, vehicles you added, sessions and refresh tokens, organization staff membership, access grants, and other data tied directly to your user record where our database removes it with the account).

Some technical history may remain in a form that is not linked to you as an identifiable user (for example, access event rows where the user reference is cleared). Security and audit records may still exist for a period; where they refer to your user record, we handle them according to our operational practices, including anonymization where applicable.

Standard backups may retain encrypted copies for a limited time; those copies are overwritten on the backup retention schedule and are not used for active processing after your account is deleted.

Timing

We aim to process verified requests within 30 days. Complex cases (for example, shared organizational roles) may take slightly longer; we will confirm by email when deletion is complete.
